Counseling Services & Support for Women and Mothers

Whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant or taking care of your baby(ies) and children, I ask you, "Who is taking care of you?"

Who are you?

A woman and/or a mother and know you need--or are thinking you might need--additional support in your life.

You are thinking about or trying to become a mother.

You are a mother, or perhaps more specifically, a younger mother, an older mother, a single mother, an LGBTQ mother, a stepmother or a separated/divorced mother.

Why now?

Perhaps your partner, friend or spouse told you that seeing someone might help you? Maybe your doctor has recommended it? Maybe you’ve been in therapy in the past, know it has been helpful, and have wanted to return for awhile? Maybe you’re new to therapy, it feels like time, or you don’t have a choice not to do something anymore?

Whatever your reason, your time with me will be tailored to your specific needs. You might need an unbiased listener or a more interactive, engaging and question-asking therapist instead of one who sits in silence. I believe we are all unique and for that reason I do not work with a "one size fits all" approach.
